We find ourselves in the beautiful town of twilight valley.
The joyous laughter of the festival day has taken over the town as we stand in front of the aether tree.

As we arrive at the clear blue pool of the moonpool reflection we are brought to the religious site of the goddess Luminara
Sir Blunderless is here on community service and against his will, and is unlikely to be an accurate source of information

Riddle 1:
“I am the tongue that needs no lungs, Born in bubbles, not in breath. I speak to those with salt-born blood, In songs that rise from ocean’s death. I am not of common but what the water claims”
The group then gets kicked out due to Blunderless realising we have a cleric, and in protest Vix steals another group’s spellbook
The spellbook is a spell scroll of unseen servant
As the party leaves the festival we see runes written in Abyssal appear in the sky
The runes open into a portal which pours deep black water straight out from the hells onto the town below
As demons come down from the sky, they start killing the townspeople as we flee into Viv’s church
The party decides to fight the raiders that got to the church first, and to help Julius Goldheart
